The front door of the house will be reinforced with a security lock and a wide-angle optical peephole. Interior doors will be white lacquered, hinged or sliding, depending on the rooms.

The flooring of the house will be top-quality porcelain tile with a choice of several finishing options with white MDF skirting board.

The vertical wall coverings of wet areas in bathrooms will be finished with first quality ceramic tiles. The walls of the rest of the house will be finished with smooth plastic paint.

The main bathroom will have a shower tray and mixer faucet, with shower head and hand spray. It will have a washbasin on a designer countertop, mirror and washbasin cabinet.

A communal TV installation adapted for DTT signal reception will be installed in the living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms. A video door entry system will be installed to control access to the entrance gates.
