Exterior facade enclosure with an innovative design, complementing this exterior look, incorporating an interior lining with self-supporting partition walls of double-laminated plasterboard and thermo-acoustic insulation.

For the interior partitioning walls of the dwellings, a dry partitioning system has been chosen, which improves the performance of these walls against expansion, avoiding fissures and cracks.

This will be made of aluminum with thermal bridge break, with hinged, tilt-and-turn or sliding doors. This carpentry is accompanied by the installation of double glazing with dehydrated chamber.

The vertical wall coverings of wet areas in bathrooms will be tiled with top-quality ceramic tiles of the PORCELANOSA brand or similar, with the possibility of choosing between different options. 

The flooring of the house will be of 1st quality laminate of the PORCELANOSA brand or similar, with a choice of several finishing options with white laminate skirting board. 

The access door to the house will be armored with security lock and wide-angle optical peephole. The interior doors will be white lacquered, hinged or sliding, depending on the rooms. 

The main bathroom will have a NOKEN shower tray by PORCELANOSA and built-in thermostatic faucets with sprayer and hand shower by NOKEN Porcelains. 

The kitchen furnishings will be of modern design, with high and low modules of large capacity with a laminated finish and quartz countertops. The room will be illuminated by recessed LED spotlights.

The production of heating and DHW will be done by aero-thermal system, with under floor heating throughout the house, improving its energy rating and the degree of thermal comfort.

There will be a communal TV installation adapted to receive the TDT signal, with outlets in the living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms. A video intercom system will be installed to control access to the gates.

The entrance and communal access areas will be built with top-quality materials, suitably combined to enhance their aesthetics. The lighting of doorways and stairways will be LED type.
