The simple and fluid lines of the project create a powerful design, which denotes personality and avant-gardism. Character and design to give shape to a residential complex that integrates into the urban fabric without sacrificing its architectural identity.

Communal Areas

The quality of the environment and the mild climate, together with the proximity to the sea, have made us decide to create communal areas open to the beach, designed to blur the boundaries between the complex and the sand and sea.

Exterior

A unique design, created to blend in with the surroundings and incorporate it into the life of the residential complex. The line of the terraces, the green spaces and its careful succession of shapes create a silhouette that blends perfectly into the urban fabric.

The spacious interiors are full of life thanks to its large windows and careful orientation, especially designed to make the most of natural light and to favor the intimacy of the most private rooms.

Surroundings

Monjuïc Park is the great green lung of Barcelona. A rocky massif that rises above the sea and has a great biodiversity and several monuments, such as the Monjuïc Castle and the sports facilities of the 1992 Olympics.

Cubelles, the Mediterranean coast as always

Beaches

You have in front of you the Mota de Sant Pere beach, but you also have the Llarga beach, Cubelles beach, Ibersol beach and Les Salines, with its beach for dogs.

Transportation

Barceloneta beach, Somorrostro beach, Sant Miquel beach, Sant Sebastià beach, Nova Icaria beach, Llevant beach, Bogatell beach, Mar Bella beach. Take your time and choose your favorite.

Nature

The natural park at the mouth of the Foix river, the spectacular Mediterranean forest of Puig de Tiula and, 10 kilometers away, the Foix reservoir and its protected natural area make up a setting of great environmental wealth.
